  1. From the plan

    Single story, 2,610 sq ft of living area plus a 742 sq ft garage. A round entry off the entry courtyard opens to the great room, with the kitchen island, the dining area and a covered patio. The primary suite has two walk-in closets and a bath with a freestanding tub, a shower and a separate toilet room. Three more bedrooms, a hall bath, a powder room, the laundry and a walk-in pantry, off a long hall with three arched openings.

  2. Not on the floor plan

    The look of the furniture, the art, the landscaping and the light. The finishes, fixtures and lighting come from the house's selection sheets, and the stucco, trim, roof and garage-door colours from its exterior selections.

  3. Matches the plan

    In the round entry: arched openings to the great room and the hall. Down the hall: three arched openings, with windows on the courtyard side. In the great room: the kitchen's range centered on its back wall, the island in front of it, the dining area at the patio end, and windows and a sliding door onto the covered patio.
