Short version: I only use what you send me to reply to you.
The contact form. It sends me your name, company, email, phone, what you tell me about the project, what the images are for, how you’d like to meet, when you need the images, how you heard about the studio and, if you worked one out on the pricing page, your estimate. It also includes the page you first landed on, the site that sent you, and any campaign tags in the link you clicked — that’s how I know which of my posts or introductions are working. Until you send the form, your estimate and that landing information are kept only in your browser, for that visit. Depending on how the form is set up, it reaches me by email directly or through Formspree, a form-handling service.
The design questionnaire. It sends me your name, your email and only the questions you answer. I use it to design your images. Until you send it, your answers are kept only in your own browser, on your device, so you can finish it another day. Sending it through the form, or choosing “Start over”, clears that copy. If it hands off to your email app instead, the copy stays until you clear it.
Analytics. The site uses Vercel Web Analytics to count page views. It doesn’t use cookies and doesn’t follow you across other sites.
What I don’t do. I don’t sell or share your details, and I don’t add you to a mailing list.
Your plans. Drawings you share are used for your job. I don’t put a client’s name or address into the tools I make images with, and I don’t show your project here without your permission.
Want something deleted? Email hello@beforeconcrete.com and I’ll remove it.
