About
I’m Aden Ennis. I read your plans before I render them.
I work for Ennis Builders, my family's home-building company, and reading plan sets is part of that job. Before Concrete Studio is my own studio, separate from it.
I started it because a lot of renders don't match the plans: an extra window, a door where the plan has a wall. That causes problems once a client expects what they saw.
So I check every image against your plans before it goes out.
The studio is new, so most of the projects on the Work page are Ennis Builders plans, shown with their permission. Client projects go up as they're delivered, with the client's permission.
What I check before you see an image
- 01Windows and doors: how many, and where
- 02Fixture, cabinet and appliance layout
- 03The exterior against the elevations
- 04Your finish selections, if you sent any
- 05The same finishes in every view
- 06Labeled as a rendering, on the image itself
If a mismatch with your plans gets past me, I fix it free, and it doesn't count as one of your revision rounds.
