25 stills and a 3D floor plan, checked against the plan set six times. Here is what those checks caught and how each was fixed, next to the sheet that showed what belonged there.

How each check reads an image

For each image: the camera's view drawn on the floor plan, then every wall in the image, left to right, against the sheets. Every window and door, which way each door swings, every fixture, what shows through each opening. Then the same room across every image that shows it.

Renders are a representation, not a measured drawing. The plans and the selections are what get built.

The 3D floor plan

Every version of the 3D floor plan, room by room, against the floor plan and the door and window schedule, before a single room was rendered from it.

The laundry had tall open shelves along its long wall, and no counter or sink.
The plan
A2.1 draws a run of base cabinets under a counter there, with the sink at its end, next to the washer and dryer.
The fix
Redrawn in the next version with the counter and sink. When a later version lost the sink, I put it back in pixels.

The pantry was drawn as a clothes closet: a rod of hanging clothes, on carpet.
The plan
A2.1 makes it the walk-in pantry off the kitchen, with a plank floor.
The fix
Redrawn as a pantry, but with shelves across its doorway and a block of them in the middle of the room. I rebuilt it in pixels: shelves along three walls, planks running the way the plan draws them, and the door hung on its north jamb.

Bath 2 had no toilet: a second sink stood where it goes, past the inner door.

A2.1 puts the toilet there, its tank against the side wall and its bowl facing into the room.

The entry tower had flat sides and corners.
The plan
The tower is round: a 12'-6" circle on the roof framing plan, and a smooth stucco cylinder in both 3D views (A3.3).
The fix
A small image edit, merged in only where it changed: a round stucco tower with a round tile roof.
02 · Front straight on · Outside
The tower was stacked stone, with flat sides.
The plan
The front elevation (A3.1) draws the tower in stucco, like every stucco wall; stone only on the front gable, the gate's pilasters and the low walls. The 3D views (A3.3) make it round.
The fix
A small image edit: a smooth, round cream-stucco tower.
02 · Front straight on · Outside
The tower fix also took away the small tile roof over the gate, so the gate looked set into the tower's base.

The front elevation (A3.1) has a small tile roof over the gate, with the tower behind it.

Two swivel chairs stood under the right-hand window.

On A2.1 the patio is open at that end: the house wall runs on to its corner beside the last post, with a window, the sliding door and a window along it.

Two small image edits, each merged in only where it changed: first a window in place of the door, then the far end opened up.

Wood beams crossed the great room's ceiling, seen through the arch.
The plan
A2.1 notes a flat 12-ft ceiling in the great room, and the approved photos (04, 05) have no beams.

Wood beams crossed the ceiling, and the kitchen wasn't the approved kitchen: open shelves beside the hood, two cream pendants, and no small windows high on the wall.

A2.1 notes a flat 12-ft ceiling. The approved kitchen photo (04) has upper cabinets either side of the hood, three brass pendants, and small square windows above the cabinets, as A2.2's kitchen wall 3 draws them.

Two arches crossed the hall, with both courtyard windows bunched before them and two doors at the end.
The plan
A2.1 has three arched openings dividing the hall into bays, a courtyard window in each of the first two, and one door at the far end.

The toilet stood in a nook in the front part of the bath, beside the vanity, and there was no window over the tub.
The plan
A2.1 puts the toilet in the back part, past the inner door, with the tub, and a window over the tub.
The fix
A small image edit, merged in only where it changed, took out the toilet and its nook and added the window; the next fix set the toilet in the back part.

Wood ceiling beams showed through the arch to the hall.

A2.1 notes a flat 9-ft ceiling in the hall, as 20 shows it.

The inner door swung out toward the camera, and no toilet showed through the doorway.
The plan
On A2.1 that door swings into the back part, which holds the toilet and the tub together: the toilet just inside on the right, the tub across the far wall.

The rotunda key plan (A2.3) puts all five of the tower's windows on the courtyard half, behind this camera, so this side is plain plaster.

The solar row had 13 panels of uneven width, one oversized, and a see-through half panel at its right end.

A small image edit got the stone but came back soft, so I rebuilt the wall in pixels from the gable's own stone, keeping the tree, plants and gate in front.

Could it be built, and would it work?

Every image again for physical sense alone: every door can swing, nothing runs into anything, counters end properly, sizes agree, and every item labelled on the plan is where it's drawn. Part by part, at twice the size.

The ironing board stood open right inside the door, its cabinet door lying flat on the wall beside its own opening, hinged where it couldn't swing.
The plan
A2.1 labels it farther down the same wall, across from the washer.
The fix
Fixed in pixels: the board taken out, and a closed cabinet set flush in the wall where the plan has it.

One drawer front had no pull, so it couldn't be opened.
The plan
A drawer needs a pull, like every other drawer in the run.
The fix
Fixed in pixels: a pull from the drawer stack, fitted to that drawer.
14 · Rotunda, looking up · Could it be built?
The garage door showed a hinge on the rotunda side, as if it swung into the entry, where it would sweep the front door's corner.
The plan

The pantry door's lever was on its hinge edge, hard against the oven tower.
The plan
A2.2's kitchen wall 2 hinges the pantry door (23) on its left, beside the oven tower, so its lever belongs on the right edge.
The fix
Fixed in pixels: the lever moved to the free edge.
15 · Great room overview · Could it be built?
Over the counter, the middle upper door had a pull on both edges, so it couldn't be hinged on either.
The plan
A2.2's kitchen wall 2 draws a single door, a pair and a single there: one pull to a door, on its opening edge.
The fix
Fixed in pixels: the extra pull painted out.
20 · Hall · Kitchens, baths and built-ins
Two lanterns hung one right under the other, reading as one two-tier fixture.
The plan
The hall has three bays between its arches (A2.1), with one lantern in each.

20 · Hall · Doors
The laundry door showed its hinges from the hall, as if it swung out into the hall.
The plan
A2.1 swings it into the laundry, and 26 shows it standing open inside; from the hall no hinges show.

26 · Laundry · Could it be built?
At the far end of the counter, the washer's top ran into a raised ledge, the sink was a thin slot squeezed against the washer, and a plant sat on the washer.
The plan
A2.1 sets the sink into the counter near its end, with the counter stopping where the washer and dryer begin.
The fix
A small image edit, merged in only where it changed: one flat counter with the sink set into it and an end panel just before the washer.
18 · Primary bedroom toward the fireplace · Could it be built?
The armchair and its side table stood right in front of the garden door, which swings into the room: it couldn't open.
The plan
On A2.1 that door swings in from its west jamb, its leaf ending against the west wall, and the armchair sits in the corner by the closets.
The fix
A small image edit, merged in only where it changed: the chair and table moved onto the wall between the door and the window.
17 · Primary bedroom · Could it be built?
The right nightstand stood in the arched door's swing: the door would hit it after opening about 20 degrees.
The plan
On A2.1 the California king and its nightstands, about 9 ft across in all, are centered on the far wall, with the door's swing beside them; in the photo they were about 12 ft.
The fix
A small image edit, merged in only where it changed: the bed group narrowed, so the door opens most of the way.
10 · Covered back patio · Could it be built?
The sliding door had two pulls facing each other where its panels meet, like a pair of French doors.
The plan
The back elevation (A3.2) marks the near panel as the one that slides. Only it gets a pull, on its outer edge; a pull in the middle would hit the other panel.
The fix
A small image edit, merged in only where it changed: one pull, at the sliding panel's outer edge.
11 · Primary suite garden · Could it be built?
The big potted olive stood in front of the garden door, so the door couldn't open.
The plan
On A2.1 the door sits about 2 ft from the fireplace and opens into the bedroom, so its doorway has to stay clear.
The fix
A small image edit, merged in only where it changed: the pot moved into the corner.
